PLAN PLUS LIMITED (PPL) started in 2011 with a handful of engineers, planners and
architects. PPL is a reputed multidisciplinary consultancy organization established with the
aim at offering consultancy services for research studies, feasibility studies, detailed design,
implementation monitoring, benefit monitoring and evaluation and environmental impact
assessment of projects. Since inception, PPL has been providing services with the latest
innovative method, technique and practices in various sectors of national economy.
Over the years PPL has been entrusted with helping the growth of the nation through diverse

master plan, water supply master plan, integrated water resources management, irrigation,
